It is very important that this tea is not brewed like Second Flush Darjeelings.
The water should be allowed to cool for 5 minutes after boiling (ideally 80-85°). Add one heaped teaspoon of leaves per cup and infuse in hot, but not boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Best enjoyed without milk
