How to make the perfect Chai Latte

In this latest blog we will share tips for making the perfect Chai Latte. Our very distinctive Chai blend is created from black tea and traditional Masala spices for a full-bodied, robust, spicy and slightly sweet infusions whether prepared with water or milk. Aromatic and delicious.

RECIPE

Required Items

• Tea Palace Chai Blend  
• Infuser / Teapot / Cafetière
• Tea Palace Chai Blend 
• Milk
• Brown Sugar

BREWING METHODS

3 Easy Steps

  1. Place one teaspoon of Chai blend into an infuser teapot or cafetière with 500ml freshly boiled water. Leave to infuse for 3 - 4 mins.
  2. Heat the milk with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Once lightly steaming froth the top with a milk frother or whisk to create some foam.
  3. Strain the tea between 4 mugs, or heatproof glasses, then pour in the milk, keeping the froth back. Stir to combine. Top each latte with a bit of the milk foam then dust with a pinch of cinnamon.
