Earl Grey Blue Flowers is our version of Lady Grey, a fine Black Chinese tea is blended with a lighter Bergamot and Blue Mallow Blossoms for a slightly sweeter taste. It is one of our most popular teas and a delicate, smooth, aromatic and a more balanced infusion alternative to traditional Earl Grey.

To Enjoy
Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes.Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling. May be enjoyed with milk or lemon to taste.

About Earl Grey Blue Flowers
Earl Grey Blue Flowers is a variation of the classic Earl Grey tea, combining black tea with the distinctive flavour of bergamot and the addition of mallow blossoms.
The characteristic flavour of Earl Grey tea comes from the addition of bergamot oil. Bergamot is a citrus fruit, and its oil provides a fragrant and citrusy aroma to the tea. It adds a bright and slightly tangy note.
Mallow blossoms contribute a floral element to the blend. They may impart a mild sweetness and enhance the visual appeal with their delicate petals. While Earl Grey traditionally doesn't include mallow blossoms, their addition in this variation brings a unique touch.
Earl Grey Blue Flowers has a bold and robust black tea base, complemented by the following flavours:
