Black Flavoured Teas

Apricot Dream

We take the finest Ceylon tea, sunflower petals and blue mallow blossoms and blend them to give a luscious apricot flavour with notes of summer berries and a touch of vanilla.

Inspired by bright, exotic summer fruits and long, lazy iced teas in the sun; this blend is naturally sweet and packed with wonderful apricot flavours.

Apricot Dream can be enjoyed hot or as a naturally sweet iced drink, just add to cold, filtered water and leave in the refrigerator overnight; the infusion will be ready first thing in the morning, add ice and fruit for a refreshing, cooling treat.

To Enjoy

Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling.

According to some studies, long-term consumption of black tea has been linked to lowering the risk of a stroke.

The high concentration of flavonoids found in black tea are said to help reduce the clotting of arteries, acting as antioxidants to reduce the levels of damaging free radicals in the body.

Often black tea is overlooked for its health benefits; overshadowed by the publicity surrounding the health benefits of green and white teas.
