A rare Chinese green tea which is famous for its quality and rarity and distinctive flavour which is delicate, sweet and refreshing with a distinct honey finish.
White Monkey is a very special green tea that is a favourite amongst connoisseurs for its light, sweet character and distinctive flavour. It is made from pure green tea leaves grown in the Taimu Mountains in Fujian, Southeast China and is only formed from the plants leaves and bud picked during the first two weeks of the season. The picked leaves are then very lightly steamed and dried to finish the process.
The result is this beautiful tea that is a green tea which shares many of the most prized characteristics of white tea: it is fragrant and aromatic with sweet notes and produces a delicate and sweet infusion with a characteristically dry green tea finish.

To Enjoy
Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Switch the kettle off, before it boils, when you hear the water rumbling. Add the hot, but not boiling, water and infuse for 3 minutes. Serve immediately or remove the leaves to prevent spoiling.

About White Monkey
White Monkey, also known as Bai Mao Hou, is a type of white tea that originates from China. It is named after the appearance of the tea leaves, which are said to resemble the hands of monkeys. White Monkey is made from the young tea buds and leaves of the tea plant, and it undergoes minimal processing, allowing the leaves to wither and dry naturally.
