Cherry & Rum Round Cake

Our cherry and rum round cake is a round shaped fruit cake made with glace cherries, flavoured with rum flavouring and real rum and decorated with glace cherries. 

It is made with apple juice and contains no eggs or dairy, making it suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose-intolerance.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, glace cherries (23%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, preservative (sorbic acid), colour (E127), citric acid), rum, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, salt, water), vegetable glycerin, apple juice from concentrate, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium bicarbonate), rapeseed oil, preservative (potassium sorbate), rum flavouring, glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates))

DAIRY AND EGG FREE: Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

May contain traces of soya and nuts

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container
