It's the time of year where infections, colds, flus and other nasties are doing the rounds and making life a little less pleasant for many people.
When ill health is "doing the rounds" it is a great opportunity to stock up on teas and infusions containing ingredients known to boost the immune system and fight infections for a daily tonic to hopefully keep illness at bay!

Lemon Myrtle: The world's richest known natural source of citral which are antibacterial and antifungal.
